At CyPOS, a product of Cycode Technologies, we strive to provide a seamless experience to our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel your subscription and request refunds. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your CyPOS subscription at any time by logging into your account and accessing the Subscription Settings page. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. After that period, your account will be deactivated, and you will lose access to any paid features.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or suspend your access to CyPOS if:
- You fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- There is any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity related to your account.
If we cancel your subscription for any of the above reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under limited circumstances. Refund eligibility is determined based on the following conditions:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with CyPOS during the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting us at support@cypos.in. Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase are not eligible for a refund.
No Refunds for Renewals
Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. We encourage you to review your subscription before the renewal date, as cancellations made after the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.
Downgrading Plans
If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Refunds or credits are not issued for downgrading plans within a current billing cycle.
Service Disruption
In case of significant service disruption or failure caused by CyPOS, you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Cycode Technologies.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@cypos.in or through your CyPOS Dashboard.
- Provide details about your purchase, including the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, and may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of CyPOS following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
